About EPCExpress
A proper company behind every certificate.
EPCExpress was built to make energy compliance straightforward: accredited assessors, clear booking details, fixed EPC prices and a team that answers the phone.

Our story
Started in Manchester to fix an industry that ran on mobile numbers.
Most EPCs are produced by sole traders working from a personal car and a phone that goes to voicemail. The certificates are usually fine — the experience rarely is. Prices arrive by text, visits slip, and nobody explains what the rating actually means.
EPCExpress set out to do the same legal job to a visibly higher standard: a team of accredited assessors rather than one diary, prices published rather than quoted, arrival texts rather than guesswork, and a plain-English summary with every certificate.
Same Homes. A Brighter Tomorrow.
Assess · Certify · Greener Tomorrow
Our motto is also how we work.
Assess
Full measured surveys with photographic evidence, following the current methodology to the letter. We never assume — if it can't be seen or evidenced, it isn't credited.
Certify
Every certificate is quality-checked before lodgement on the national register, and every assessor is accountable by name and ID number.
Greener tomorrow
A certificate should change something. Our summaries and improvement reports turn ratings into practical next steps that cut bills and carbon.
The team
Accredited assessors and the people who book them.
Every assessor's accreditation can be checked on the national register. Their ID number appears on your confirmation email and on the badge at your door.

Accreditation & regulation
Who checks the checkers.
In England and Wales an EPC may only be produced by an energy assessor registered with an accreditation scheme approved by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government. Schemes audit a sample of every assessor's work, require continuing professional development, and operate a formal complaints procedure that sits behind ours.
Domestic assessors on our team hold Domestic Energy Assessor accreditation and use the current RdSAP methodology. Commercial work is carried out by Level 3 and Level 4 Non-Domestic Energy Assessors using SBEM. Every assessor is covered by professional indemnity and public liability insurance and has an enhanced DBS check.
Verify any certificate we lodge — and the assessor who produced it — free of charge on the government EPC register.
