Fire Risk Assessment
A written fire risk assessment for your building.
We identify the fire hazards, the people at risk and the precautions in place, then give you a clear, prioritised action plan. For HMOs, the common parts of blocks of flats, holiday lets and business premises.

About this service
A duty for the responsible person
If you own, manage or control a business, an HMO or the common parts of a block of flats, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment. It must be recorded in writing and reviewed regularly, and whenever the building or the way it is used changes.
Site inspection
The assessor walks the premises to identify sources of ignition and fuel, and who could be at risk — residents, staff, visitors and anyone who needs help to escape.
Fire precautions reviewed
Escape routes, fire doors, detection and alarm, emergency lighting, signage and firefighting equipment are checked against how the building is used.
Prioritised action plan
You receive a written report of the significant findings, with each action ranked so you know what to do first.
Prices
Fixed prices, confirmed before we start.
All prices include EPC lodgement fees. No hidden extras. The price depends on the size and use of the premises — we confirm a fixed figure before the visit.
